Heart health is more than a medical conversation — it’s a community conversation.

On February 28, 2026, from 11 AM – 2 PM, the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. – Iota Zeta Chapter, in partnership with Five Pearls Foundation, Inc. and Rooted School Indy, is hosting a powerful and necessary event:
❤️ Men’s Heart Health Expo
“Strong Hearts. Strong Brothers. Strong Families.”
This impactful event will take place at:
Rooted School Indy
Located at Eastern Star Church
5750 E. 30th Street
Indianapolis, IN 46218
Why This Matters
Heart disease remains one of the leading causes of death among men in America — especially within the Black community. Too often, men put their health last. Too often, warning signs are ignored. Too often, conversations about prevention don’t happen soon enough.
This expo is about changing that narrative.
Strong men build strong families. Strong families build strong communities.

The Bigger Picture
Events like this represent more than a few hours on a Saturday. They represent a shift in mindset.
They represent:
Prevention over reaction
Knowledge over fear
Brotherhood over silence
Wellness over neglect
Indianapolis is building something bigger — a culture where men are encouraged to check in, speak up, and take care of themselves.
Because strong hearts create strong brothers.
And strong brothers build strong families.
